Question for the A+ members. I just got my new card two weeks ago. So obviously no new design of our card.

Would you prefer to stick with the same/almost same boring design, or would you prefer two cards? The new LCAH plus AND a seperate A+ card?

I don't care too much about the card, but wouldn't mind the notebook!

I also agree. I do not care about the design, but again as a paying member (A+) we should not get less than non paying member, if not more.

I thought this should be common sense and I do not understand why it does not seem so for Accor.

All I can say is, they are aware.

My personal assumption that they rushed out the worldwide packs but with a different card concept of the A+ card, are still working on that pack,

good that they are aware, but they should show it.

I think they messed it up. It used to be 2 cards, then they combined it into one, with the A+ will take precedence over the "normal" card. Now when they made the normal card running on calendar year, they messed it up again.

Seriously, I think they need to run A+ on calendar basis also so it will inline and all member will see the same StayPlus availability.

Also, I think they should let people see the availability and not let them book it when people run out of StayPlus.

Just a follow-up. Upon opening the package, the expiration date is for December 2017. I find this a little strange considering the fact that I had earned enough by the end of February to qualify my through to end of December 2018! So, from the time I qualify for 2018 until the time I received the package was FOUR months. Surely they would have run an update before printing these cards?

Got mine also on 29-July. Location Hong Kong. They used registered mail as a signature is required. Nice little surprise as I didn't expect any package when the mailman knocked on the door.

As I mentioned further up. As a A+ member you are still getting the same old card and pack as before. But they are working on something.
