First stay was last weekend and the bonus points are awarded. Next stay is next weekend. Unfortunately, third booking for this promo is not until near end of December so it will be a bit of a wait. Lol

If the 3 x bonus points is greater than the initial 500 points for the current promo.....sorry, but you're out of luck. The insanity of Accor's promos and IT rears it's ugly head. Can't combine promos and the greater point bonus wins.

That’s really bad show by Accor again as poster could well be a loser if this happens as now he only receives 500 & 2500 if he has no more bookings in this period . In fact he may well receive x3 again and then only 500 so in trend loses possibly 5,500 points . Surely the promos shouldn’t be allowed to overlap like this

If you have been posted x3 bonus points coming by another promo, this is the reason why.

No overlapping promos at Accors are possibile. You take the one first registered.

Ummmm, I think this was stated clearly 2 posts above. No need to repeat.

Also, you're only correct IF the 3 x bonus points is greater than the 500 points of the 500 / 2,500 / 3,000 promo. The promo with the greatest point value gets posted. NOT the first one registered. It's in the T & C's.

The x3 bonus points were 416 and 938 rather less than 500 and 2500

It looks like the booking period for the 6k points promo has already ended. The T&C say 11:59 PM "Central European Time" on Sep 27th.

Received an email back from AccorPlus and they have credited 6000 points to my account for 3 stays (credited as 6000 courtesy points). One of these stays was booked outside the booking window for the bonus but I do have my third eligible stay coming up on Monday so I think I will just let sleeping dogs lie. Hope they don't regularize my account sometime in the next 10 yrs

Nice job. Would you mind sharing the email address that you used to reach them? Thank you.

Well, I finally heard back from Accor almost 2 weeks later, and it appears I won't be getting any bonus pts because only reservations made AFTER you register for the promo will count towards the promo. That doesn't work for me as I usually plan my trips months in advance. My Sept/Oct reservations at the Fairmont SIN were made in March. I always book directly with the hotel, so I guess I could reach out to my contact and ask her to cancel the reservations and rebook for me (not sure if she could honor the same rate though), but Accor has just disappointed me so much that I don't think I want to stay with the program. This is the final nail in the coffin for me.

(I know Hilton, Marriott and the former SPG loyalty program didn't work like that. As a matter of fact, with SPG, as long as you registered before the deadline, you would get points retroactively on stays within the promo period.)

Such a shame. Fairmont had the best hotels and the best loyalty program ever. I will definitely miss them.
