Seems to be that Accor keep moving the parameters further and further when offering these bonus points

No points/vouchers accepted

Accor should be ashamed, yet again, for not accepting their own currency.

Stays that are partly or fully paid for with points or with one or more Le Club AccorHotels vouchers are not eligible for this offer and cannot be included in the calculation of stays linked to the offer.

Agreed. Last year it was 3 x 2 nights. The year before 3 x 1 night (if I recall correctly).

Will one still get the 10000 points if you use quidco.com for cash back ?

Thanks

Have we confirmed from other promos that back to back 2-day stays in same hotel will not count?

Too bad about points bookings not counting. That may be the gotcha from last promo that I did not see in T&Cs, if it was indeed in there.

Also, remember to be careful on the last day. Oct 12 where you are may be Oct 13 en Paris, and I'm still wrangling over that one from nearly a year back. (My confirming email upon which I relied is dated Sept 20, and they are claiming 21.)

Definitely don't count. I've had an email this evening inviting me to sign up and it's listed in the T&Cs that back to back at same property will not count.

Didn't think so, thanks. But it won't disqualify one of them from counting? PITA to move to another place just for one night to break up the string, so I'd just be satisfied with one notch achieved. I've got enough trips in the pipeline by December to reach 4.

The booking window idea is really stupid, though. I just canceled out about 7 reservations. Got two of them back for next week, but the rest? Seems like a disincentive program; their computer must be going nuts with mass cancelations today. Just clearing out my whole record, one after another.

And then we have to make all the additional speculative bookings for after Oct 12. Every possible combination of trips and locations and hotel changes that you might need for November and December, and then end up canceling most of those, too.

Wacky system.

This is so true. Must create a lot of confusion for individual hotels.
