I want to book a Pullman hotel but they don't have free wifi. Am I correct in thinking that if I join Le Club for free, and even just stay as a classic member, if I show my card number at check in, I'll get free wifi? I'm planning on booking on hotels.com.

Normally Pullman should have free wifi. Booking on a non-Accor channel does not entitle you to any Le Club perks.

The Sydney one doesn't offer it free, but I contacted Accor on Facebook, and they said that Classic le Club members get it free even if booked through a different site. :)

Can't say I am impressed - a different Accor person said that I won't be eligible! I only booked via hotels.com *after* Accor messaged me to say that I would get free wifi regardless of booking channel, as a classic member. I've messaged asking clarification.

Not impressed given that my hotels.com booking was non-refundable.

Normally you only get free internet for Accor Silver and above, see https://secure.accorhotels.com/gb/le...benefits.shtml however when you select Pullman you'll see free internet is also available for Accor Classic. This benefit is specific to Pullman.

Is it not free at all hotels now for members? I am staying at Novotel Christchurch and am a basic member. If not, I am really disappointed.

It's an abomination in this day and age for hotels not to provide free wifi.
