IT
There should have been a lot of extra traffic to the site, and from my experience, Hilton got the booking for March ( 10 days ) I was going to make with Accor as I could not find any sale rates ( did even e mail the hotel question for help - It was listed as on offer ) and then the site would not load. OH got frustrated and we decided to go elsewhere.
I wonder how much business ( albeit at a discounted rate ) that Accor lost due to the migrating and upgrading
But truth be known there is not a good time to do any of this .... Midnight AUS is not midnight GB

Re: Last Black Friday 40% Off Sale
Now that prices are back to "normal", I calculate the following discounts for my 6 bookings during the "Black Friday 40% Off Sale";
28%, 33%, 26%, 27%, 32% and 20%.
28%, 33%, 26%, 27%, 32% and 20%.

Think that's the "normal" private sale. Every week. You know the one that you can't book from your location .... wherever that is .....
Still missing Happy Mondays ..... and there are no UK bases Private Sales ( or French ) and have not been for some time.

Yeh these sales are no good especially the private sales ... I miss the days of Happy Mondays

The sales are almost every week. I think LL does update if you get the e mail. It is very sad that Accor does not inform its members, and we have to look elsewhere for better sales on the Accor site......
YOu have to sometimes change your location ( try a VPN even ) to access some of the sales. Its as if they do not wish you to book them. We have taken advantage of some good sales in the past, but they are making it difficult, and the terms are pay now.
Some of the offers are better than the Red Hot room deal for Accor Plus as well.
Not all sales show up from every location. There is a list of access web links somewhere on this forum, but I can not find it.

Well bringing back Happy Monday’s would be helpful. But the first priority is to simplify the damn thing, this system does not make any sense.
At Hilton, when there is a sale you have nothing to do (but book): the price automatically reflect it if the rates is available and the hotel participates. Keep it simple, stupid.
