- What is your Le Club status? Platinum
- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes. 3rd stay in this hotel this year. Pretty happy about it.
- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive ?
This time booked 2 superior rooms. Both were upgraded to Luxury.
Nice welcome. Efficient check-in. Proactive upgrade, drink vouchers (for both rooms), premium wifi given spontaneously.
- How are the rooms?
Not huge but OK. Bathrooms are more modern than the room itself. Nespresso machine. Comfy bed.
- What was good and what was bad?
Good:
See above + very central location. Underground parking
Nice top floor bar
Bad:
Nothing
- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? : no lounge
- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks :
Drink voucher valid for wine, etc
Welcome gift is an apple + some snacks (mix salted nuts, almonds, etc). Could be better
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
Yes definitely the best Accor option in town (MGallery Am Dom is disappointing). This is my 3rd stay at the Pullman and they are pretty consistent. You don't need to beg for things.
