Missing Points - Lost in Cyberspace?

I booked an advance stay at the MGallery Fairmont, Leura (Blue Mountains, Australia) through the Accor website. The stay was in January, 2014 and was fine. My Le Club Accor number (now Silver) was included. It looked good when Places check-in worked for the first time (for me) in three visits. As no points posted for the stay I made a claim and waited.......and waited. I also sent private messages via facebook and was told I would have a reply soon. Here is my last message sent almost a month ago:

"Further to my post I have sent all required details via fax to +61 2 8023 8522 re CAS-218679-T8P9R2. However I have had no response and my status on Facebook Places is now "KO". "

If this thread is monitored I would be grateful if this could be resolved.

I didn't get any points for two recent stays. Although the stays are recorded on their system, they still wanted me to "prove" I had stayed there by providing copies of invoices.

Instead, I decided to simply inform LeCA that I should be considered an ex-member and ex-customer of LeA. Their loyalty programme, and the "customer care" that goes with it, isn't worth the bother. I'd rather use Hotels.com and just get the free night for every ten nights. Always works, never any hassles.

I also find it rather silly that an invoice scan is required to file a missing points claim online, especially when a stay is showing in my booking history. Accor should simplify this.

On the other hand, if you turn your back on every airline or hotel chain that annoys you in some way you'll soon find yourself walking everywhere and sleeping under the stars. ;)

I'm happy to comfirm that I not only received my points but also the points for connecting on Facebook Places. I don't think it would have happened without the help of the Le Club Concierge - thanks again.

Have the same problem: stayed at Novotel Suvarnabhumi 19 July on prepaid booking, on to Novotel Cha Am 20-26 july, then at Pullman khon Kaen 27 july, still waiting for points for 19 july stay at Novotel Bangkok airport. For the two other hotels got points less than 24h leaving premises.
was asked to provide invoice, only have invoice for restaurant expense mentioning room number, mailed booking also, waiting news............CAS-359911-Y8R0G2

At last issue got solved 14aug by emailing the Novotel itself.
Customer support not helpful by requiring hotel invoice several times although was prepaid. Never got an invoice on pre-paid stays, only additional invoice for restaurant expenses.

Will stay again on prepaid for 3 nights tonight, will ask for invoice at checkout.

Managed to get invoices by emailing the property in question. So if Le Club really insists.
