Accor master lounge thread (not Sofitel)
This is one of two Accor lounge threads. The other thread is exclusively for Sofitel lounges, this one is for "lounges in all Accor hotels except Sofitel".
Please breathe life into the thread by adding content. You can also help maintain the wikipost as a single quick reference.
Among the things that will interest people are:
Which hotels have lounges?
Reports on the lounges, including size, style, food and drink offerings, other facilities, service, location within the hotel, view.
Whether access is granted to Platinum Le Club members who have not booked Club rooms or equivalent (including lounge access granted together with room upgrades).

Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom has a Premier Lounge (on a low floor, 7th?)

Not in the least. This is precisely what I was hoping for: get up in the morning and see that the thread has started to take shape while I slept.
True up to a point, boss.
I'd say that "normal" posts still have their place -- for detailed reviews, for links and possibly even photos (just don't start taking them while I'm in the lounge...), for reports of closures or new lounges in the pipeline. A "normal" post also lets thread subscribers know that there's something new. Finally, if everybody added everything to the wiki it would get rather long.
I'm guessing that we'll end up with a lounge list in the wiki, with links to hotel websites and/or FT posts with more details. We can also edit the first and second posts occasionally, in order to keep the wiki to a manageable length. My initial idea was that post 2 could summarise reports on lounge access being granted (or denied) to Platinum members. Time will tell whether it makes most sense to order that information by brand or by continent/country.

Added a first Grand Mercure Lounge -Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore.
I think AccorHotels really have a game-changer here, as it has a good range of mid-upper tiers hotels in lots of areas, and this update of their Elite benefits will draw in fresh loyalty.
Let's share more of these previously unknown mid-upper range hotels with lounges and give some reviews on their elite recognition consistency.

There is a Premier lounge on the 16th floor. I had booked a room without club access but access was kindly granted as part of the new benefits for platinums.
The lounge is not very large, but has some pleasant views on the city and close buildings. You can check-in and check-out in the lounge.
Few comfortable seatings (sofa), the majority being tables and chairs.
There is a meeting room that you can book for 2hrs max.
Breakfast is not very sophisticated but more than sufficient for me (usual bread, pastries + bacon, eggs and some warm Asian food).
Complimentary drinks are served from 6 to 8:30 pm. Minimal offer : soft drinks, one red wine and one white wine, and a few strong alcohol drinks (vodka, gin). No cocktails. Some canapés and of course peanuts, chips, etc.
Great staff, very courteous and always ready to help and to serve customers.
So overall, of course not as nice a Sofitel club lounge, but not bad at all for a Novotel

Accor master lounge thread (not Sofitel)
Starflyergold/IHM any possibility to make this and the sofitel club thread as stickies? I see both as useful and considering there are wikis in them as a reference, they should stay somewhere near the top?

Maybe one sticky which lists key threads such as the lounge threads, the Sofitel review "directory" one and more?

Yes please! (Or just add the links to the FAQ thread?)
