I think 2013 broke the A-Club system
I cannot make a reservation with my A-Club number, nor can I log into my A-Club account.

Unbelievable for a company of Accor's size to have a website and account system so poor. Possibly worse than a corporate HR system, which is saying a lot!

It's Jan 2nd and I still can't make a booking. Sorry Accor, I'm staying with a different chain til you sort this out.

Was facing the same problem and i thought i was punching in the wrong password and so tried generating a new password multiple times to no luck and also emailed them regarding the same problem..
And like 49er has posted, strange for a group as large as Accor to have such a huge IT issue..!!

Still not working. It gives me the error message: "Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details"

I logged in via Facebook yesterday evening and had no issues.
