Another bad customer experience with Le Club yesterday. My Advantage Plus membership renews on 1 July and because 30 June is the end of the financial year for me I wanted to renew my membership in June rather than July as I have budget for it. Well, that's totally impossible. I rang Advantage Plus and cannot do it under any circumstances.

So sick of this program - it has the worst customer experience.
