You need to complete your first stay at an Accor Hotel first before they will send you the card, according to their website they will take 2 weeks to get it to you.

I have got a question. So if you open a new account with gold status using a promo code, but you already have an exisitng account which you used to make some bookings in the past (pre-paid). Would you be able to get 75% extra points on those bookings using your new gold card?

I used to be gold member. Last week i made a couple of booking for September. However, today i got an email from a-club saying that i didn't fulfill the points requirement (won't happen if they count the booking i made for Sept) so they will send me back to classic.
My question is can i use the promo code to open a new account? with the same name and address with my current membership?
