i travelled bkk-cdg-bkk in F earlier this month, so you may find the following observations current...
the lounge is the same as before
, up the elevator by the duty free, salon icare (sp?). one slight change is that the toilet, instead of being at the back of the lounge to the left of the bar, is now outside and thus shared (one stall only) by the other lounges. big difference to the toilets in the bkk F lounge!
as far as immigration is concerned, a staff member at the F check-in (stunningly beautiful and immaculately presented as usual
) offered to escort me to the lounge. if i had accepted she might have taken me through some fast track. i wanted to go downstairs for a mcdonalds (don't ask) so i declined. the queue was short anyway when i reached immigration on my own.
the worst queue was the security in the satellite by the gate. the check-in goddess had offered to pick me up from the lounge at boarding time. i left earlier and made my own way. big mistake, huge queues. whilst queueing i noticed staff escorting some passengers through the crew/weelchair lane to the right. i am sure i could have tried that queue and i strongly advise you to do so.
