Last time I was on one of those AA MD-11s, I boarded and then had a two hour delay. The captain was kind enough to inform us before we departed across the pond that we shouldn't worry, the fuel system leak had been fixed an all of the Jet-A had been cleaned up.

I went to sleep hoping it was simply a mistake by the fueling truck and they had to delay to double check...
