It seems there's some system "updating" again () that's causing problems with hung screens.

I was trying to reply to a thread earlier today (around 3:10 am) and it stayed in the send screen forever. So I opened another window to see if my reply was posted. It surely did! I recall seeing similar problems before. Mid-Feb was the worst. Unfortunately, there's no way to confirm your RBPs being sent or not.

I think I am noticing a pattern. IIRC, the system would act out at the turn of each month for 3 months in a row, ESPECIALLY during the weekends (when crew wasn't attending, I assume). Sometimes it would go on for a day or two. Sometimes longer than a week. So far we had index out-of-sys in late Feb& late March/early April; slowness in early April.

Maybe the IT folks should monitor the monthly scheduled maintenance more closely, especailly during the 1st & last weekends of each month, when the system fails to "auto-pilot".
