Just spent 2 weeks at the 4P Chelsea - great service from everyone. Lovelovelove the great selection of newspapers in the morning (WSJ *and* NYT). Rates were favorable (< $300/nt) and they even did a 600 pt bonus on top of 250 plat bonus.
Restaurant is a little short-staffed, so don't expect to be in/out for a quick breakfast.
