I called the hotel this morning to find out what that $34.99 charge on my credit card and spoke with the GM, Samantha. She said she'll call me back within the hour as she research it. Hours passed and no call. I called again and was told no longer works there. I told the person on the line that I just spoke with her a few hours ago, and she said, she couldn't talk about it. Oki doki.
Therefore, this newly minted SPG property is currently operating without a GM. The person in charge is the Guest Services Manager (or something like that).
Anyway, I was erroneously charged $34.99 instead of the SPG program. Apparently, that is the amount that this Cat-2 property will be reimbursed for my reward stay.
