"This reservation is a ticketed and confirmed."?
I would agree that the website for CO is probably one of the best websites out there and has significant functionality on the web. On one of my upcoming reservations, the above is the blue text before the flights are listed when I pull up the reservation by booking code.
The grammar error seems kind of weird -- is this normal text seen by others on their reservations?
