I flew MIA/MVD on 2/8 then MVD/EZE on 2/13 as far as I can tell there is no lounge available to AA pax (or elites for that matter) not sure if LAN has a lounge available to OW elites since I did have a ton of time after the checkin I did not bother to try and find out.
