OP mentions "hopping from casino to casino" --- so, it is probably best to just leave everything at the airport, even if at higher cost. I would sure hate to have left my bag @ Mandalay Bay, and then realize I'm running late (to get back to the airport) @ Wynn.... and have to make a stop back to Mandalay to retrieve my bag. Of course, you could "re-check" with the bell desk at each hotel [hop]; but that seems to be much more complicated than just leaving everything at LAS.
