Indeed, its $25 and you have to save receipts and send them in to get reimbursed...and as you said, its after the first 24 hours. The do give you a pretty cheap little toiletries bag that contains EXACTLY everything that comes in any hotel room (shampoo, conditioner, etc).

I do have good news to report, my bag showed up at the hotel after dinner tonight!
