Not to be a wet blanket or anything but I have not experienced any EBG upgrades. I have not had the EBG status that long so maybe it will happen in the future :-) But I did stay a night at a Radisson hotel in Sweden last year and I sent a mail in advance asking them if it was possible to get a room upgrade due to the EBG. In response they said I already had a nice room in that category so an upgrade was not necassery. So I was pretty diappointed when I got the room as it must have been one of the more basic rooms that I have stayed at and the internet didn't work as they had probably spelled my name wrong. The hotel laster on admitted that it was not the best room they were able to provide and I did get a "We are sorry" by e-mail
