If you want an upgrade to a suite, contact the reservations manager directly. I think suites are at this hotel are very limited, so contact her before arriving.

thanks for taking the time to report your stay! ^ However:
A) I'm not a person who thinks that people should call ahead for upgrades.
B) Please remove the name of the individual as it violates FlyerTalk T&Cs.
C) There is already a review thread for this property.
