That's correct - as I understand it, the comments are revealed to the restaurant anonymously, but nobody else can see them.

55 Degrees in Sacramento is a very, very good restaurant, IMO - excellent food and top notch service; I've never had poor food or service there.

This is one area where the opportunity to rate a restaurant on the idine roster is a plus thing. In the box you can write in your comments and, even though I don't think it's made public, the restaurant does see your comment, I believe.

I had dinner at 55 Degrees in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago and I was glad that I had the opportunity to praise the restaurant for something that they did for me. I wanted them to know that I appreciated it.
