Is there any reason why you are taking the Turbojet from HK side? There are ferries from the Kowloon side as well leaving from the China HK City. Just take a taxi here. This will save you some travel time. Look at www.nwff.com.hk

The ferries are very full these days and if i were you, i would reserve tickets ahead of time.
