I've booked award travel to Europe for next Fall, and I got J over but only Y return. Cruising the website today, I spotted standard award availability the day before my current schedule, so I called res right away to nail it down.

I gave her the flights, but she said all she could see was upgrade inventory.

I scrolled down the page and checked the date, and there were several places where the flight showed up with PerkSaver availability, but res couldn't see them.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

PS - I wound up booking different flights on KLM, but I would have preferred NW metal. Oh well -- biz is biz, right?
