I 2nd the AT&T Tilt. It's a great phone with built in GPS and you can download google maps for free.

If you want a really nice GPS interface like Garmin, you can get Garmin Mobile XT for $99 and add that to your AT&T Tilt on a MicroSD card that goes inside the phone.
