Tickets can be booked and collected on the same day. Please allow at least one hour before collection.
The ticket is valid for travel for 3 days from the date the ticket is collected from the ticket machine.
We recommend that tickets are collected using the unique reference number only. (If you have booked more than one ticket for different dates of travel and use the credit card used to make the bookings to collect your ticket, all tickets will be issued at the same time with that day's date, regardless of the date entered at time of booking. Using the relevant unique reference number will avoid this).
Tickets booked and not collected will remain valid in the system for 6 months from the day of booking and can be collected at any time during this period.
WorldPoints tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to travel due to service disruption, please send your ticket and payment details to: Customer Services, Heathrow Express, Freepost RLXY-ETJG-XKZS, London, W2 6LG.
