If this is unlimited (fly anywhere) then I assume you estimate the maximum value, the costing of that would require a great deal of financial assumption. A private flight from NYC to BOS would probably be a great deal less than SEA to FLL. You would have to think this is costed to allow the flexibility to fly anywhere JetBlue flies.
