I do think however this hotel offers exceptional value for money for Plats, the rooms are large clean and nicely decorated and the lounge is very pleasant all at the price of a provincial Holiday Inn. I am inclined to cut them some slack given that most things at the skyline work well on the whole, even though the staff do occassionaly leave something to be desired.
I agree, I've also been treated exceptionally well at this property. They didn't ask for my passport even with an American accent
. They upgraded me to a club room and apologized for not having a suite available.
This property is truely a bargain as most London hotels are 200 pounds a night (and not even as nice as this sheraton!!)
