1)Get rid of the failure called TSA
2)Use the savings to give better equipment to their replacements.
The TSA should already have this stuff. But they're too busy playing the Shoe Carnival, harassing passengers, cheating on Red Team tests, lying to Congress, and throwing lavish awards parties.
