And as you can imagine, there's absolutely nothing on the Amtrak website about not taking pictures of or from the train. There, are, however, press releases for an annual contest in which people submit pictures of the trains for Amtrak's calendar.
My guess is it's a conductor who was pi$$ed at the world for some reason and found someone she could take it out on easily (no English, not willing to put up a fuss). She deserves the maximum punishment allowed by the union contract.
