My parents (1P and 2P) received 4000 miles each for an inop reading light on a transcon some months back. I taught them to ask for vouchers after that!
Last month, my mother (1P) received a $350 voucher for an inop EmPower port on a TATL flight.
Also received a $50 CS voucher (at the gate) on a transon in August, when they moved me from my aisle seat to accomodate a wheelchair-bound CoS.
