I guess UA is still working on how to streamline & eliminate bugs in their e-upgrade programs. My last segment on UA from IAD-MEX was done by upgrading at the check-in counter. I checked my MPlus account yesterday and UA had debited both mileage from my account and the equivalent amount of 500 mile e-certs too....

I wouldnt have complained if I had gotten a F Suite instead of a Y shuttle seat, but all I got for this double debit was a crummy domestic F seat and cold nuts/pretzels, so I sent Mplus an email.... lets see how they respond.
