It will be a rude shock for international passengers going from SYD to YYZ to suddenly realise that they have to pay for their meal between YVR and YYZ!
Well when you come in from any other airline to NA and land in SFO or LAX you are going to cross the country on a DOMESTIC airplane... SO.... I hope the traveller is not in for a rude shock... I think its been the same for 15+ years.... other than a free meal.
