More importantly - is CO management aware (at the level of people who attended) what it has been like flying on those flights the last six months?

Larry addressed the issue (kind of). He stated that CO cannot fly larger regional jets because of a clause in their pilot's contracts that limit regional traffic to 50 passengers. He said this may change in the future.
He also made a statement that they know the CRJs aren't what people want to ride in and the deal with CHQ was out of necessity. I believe he said that there is a two year contract with them and they will be reviewing options when the time comes.
The slide read: "Other airlines are updating their business class. We get Chautauqua. What Gives?" or something like that.
