Checked into this property last night and the staff were overwhelmingly accommodating. The front desk clerk called right up to the RC, and escorted me to the elevator where she used her key card to hit the "8" button. When I got to the RC floor, everything was ready for my arrival. The staff today were excellent as well...remembering humorous anecdotes from past stays.
The only problem: a loud thumping from the air-conditioning unit that is about to be addressed by engineering...
