If there is any validity to the news story, this flight attendant has more to worry about then being under the influence. She is quoted as telling the pilot "your dead". Clearly a threat to the flight crew and to the safety of the screened passengers on board, thus making her subject to federal prosecution of both fine and imprisonment. I wonder what the FBI, and/or Homeland Security investigators who undoubtedly were called to the scene, have to report.

As a minimum, being on a no fly list would hamper one's career as a flight attendant, requiring a thorough screening every time she reported for work.
