This one was too, just someone put it out. It was not a TSA press release, it was leaked.
The TSA had only four instances to base "dry runs" on and one of the four has now been totally discredited. The "facts" were not the facts. What are the odds concerning the veracity of the others?

The TSA is putting out too many bulletins such that the level of static is drowning out what, if any, real threats there have been. It's the same problem and mindset with having too many items being classified as "prohibited" and thus not allowed airside.
