I don't think they'll be converted because it would cost too much money and the planes are different from AA configs. The TWA 767s have an extra door on the fuselage forward of the wing section, while AA doesn't. Just don't know how they would squeeze J in if they lost space from the door already.

They plan on retiring them anyway because of the different engines.
