Questions for ya'll:
I am a UA Premier Executive member and have just booked a *A RTW fare in economy (26000 miles) and will be flying UA B777 from TPE-SFO and B777 from SFO-LHR.
1. How do I go about arranging that I am in E+ (as it is not in My Itineraries as I did not book this online)?
2. Would you spend 15000 or 30000 miles to upgrade to C? (not sure which class I have been booked in)
