Is "Plan B" described here only for CO Elites?
I am about to ticket a Standard Business Award flight from MIA-NRT. I was lucky to get the overseas return as any award seats are scarce.
My question relates to the last domestic segment of the inbound flight which is only available in Coach. Can a non-Elite waitlist for a Business seat on an award ticket? The CO agent (very nice) I just spoke to says no.
