I got a room facing the bus terminal too. They told me that I was upgraded as a Platinum (LOL). One look at the bus terminal and the dumpster right below our window. I requested to move and the Room Manager came and escorted me to look at another room facing the inner pool, which I accepted even though our new room was not ready as well.

Personally, I don't think they were ready to open; but rushed through it because they didn't want to have to do another delay. They had two delays, the first grand opening was on June 18, then moved to June 25, and finally opened on June 29. IMHO, it was a "soft" grand opening and those who stayed should have received some kind of concession for being the "guinea pigs". It was not fair having to pay full price for a hotel that wasn’t ready.
