Don't charge for the service for passengers buying expensive fare buckets like C (obviously) Y and B. Don't charge more than $20-$30 for the rest.
Increase the pitch in Economy so that people can actually use their laptops.
Or create special "internet zones" where the seats are locked so the #%#$%*%*
% in front cannot recline.
Seriously, what's the point of providing the service if a passenger can't operate a computer? And 90% of your passengers are in these seats.......
