Guam is in South-East Asia!?

I was browsing the EuroBonus award zone tables...

...and noticed something rather strange: Guam, in the Northern Mariana Islands way east of the Philippines, is classified under "South-East Asia". This makes getting there much cheaper (pointwise) than flying to any other Pacific island, at only 30k from Singapore, although I believe the only *A options are ANA (via Japan) and Asiana (via Korea).

The other big CNMI island Saipan is not listed in the chart, but it's accessible via Asiana, almost certainly for the same points. Are there any other *A destinations in the area? Palau in particular has been on my to-do list for some time, but there doesn't seem to be any way of getting there on *A...
