It'll be interesting to see how this will work out. It would be nice if Horst Petermann, Philippe Rochat, Jean-Paul Goddard, Philippe Chevrier, Bernard Ravet, and Beat Bolliger can be enlisted to advise on SWISS onboard cuisine. However, such advise might be too costly.
