I fly that route about 10 times a year. (NGO/NRT to DTW or MSP). This is a very popular route and I have managed to use milage to upgrade exactly once in the past year. Business class is usually overbooked. I am sitting on more the 300K in mileage and cant use them! Gets frustrating...
