Net direct rates in July $119
Hi,

I am considering coming to Phoenix in the first week of July for some R&R and noticed the Biltmore offering Net direct rates from $119 ( Tapatio Cliffs is offering $129)-not a bad rate

PS I know PHX will be HOT in July!
