The only options may be Americal Express and Diners Club. In Australia, both of their rewards programs can transfer into QF (if yoiu join the right rewards program offered). I am not sure if US members of their rewards programs can transfer to QF, but it probably worth you asking the question of them. Please let us know their answers.
Otherwise you might need to use an intermediate program like Starwood and then transfer into QF.
Remember that once points hit the QF program you cannot transfer them out into any other program.
