1. Register for our Miles for Meals Bonus.
2. Dine at participating restaurants between 5/1/07 and 6/30/07 on a day when benefits are being offered,* and spend $25 or more (including tax and tip).
3. Earn 250 bonus Midwest Miles per qualified dine* … up to 5,000 bonus Midwest Miles in all.
Miles for Meals Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions
*Qualified dines are dines after registering for this bonus that are $25 or more (including tax and tip), that occur between 5/1/07 and 6/30/07 at participating restaurants during a valid benefit period, and which are paid for with a credit or debit card registered with Rewards Network.
