KosraeTV, FT has that ability and, in fact, people do it in Trip Reports and, most notably, in the three FT photo competitions that Birdstrike has been running. The pictures aren't stored on the FT servers -- there is an image insert feature that takes the link of the photo stored elsewhere and displays it in the message.
